What level of cover do I get?
Notify Intelligent Finance Card Protection within 24 hours of discovering
the loss
or theft and you are covered for any fraudulent purchases that occurred
prior to
notification up to £1500, and up to £75,000 after the notification
is made.

Who will be covered by the policy?
By taking out a single policy, you are entitled to register not only
all your own cards,
but also all the cards of every other member of your household, at no
extra cost.

Can I use the policy when I travel?
Intelligent Finance Card Protection can dramatically ease the trauma
of having your wallet
or purse lost or stolen whilst abroad, anywhere in the world.
With one quick call we will cancel all
your cards and your bank will re-issue them.
You can also get a cash advance of up to £1000 for collection
within 24 hours, or up to
£2500 to cover lost tickets. Both of these loans are interest
free for 1 calendar month,
and are subject to status.
If passports are lost or stolen, we will
arrange temporary documents for you that you
can collect from the local embassy.
How much does it cost?
All of this cover costs just £12 for 1 year or £30 for 3
years. Complete peace
of mind for less than 4p a day.
Are there benefits besides card fraud
cover and travel services?
Yes. When your policy is set up and you have registered all your card
details
you will be able to send off for a free keyring and luggage tags to
attach to
baggage whilst travelling. This enables these items to be returned safely
to you
via Intelligent Finance Card Protection if they are lost.
Do I receive written notification of a reported loss?
You will receive a confirmation letter that gives you proof in writing
of which
card companies were notified of your loss.

Who do I call if my cards are stolen?
You can call us on 0800 028 3968, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You
will also
be sent a helpline card giving you the number to call from outside the
UK.
We also accept reverse charge calls.
Are there any exclusions?
As with all insurance policies, there are some exclusions. Full details
will
be covered in your policy booklet, but the main exclusions are:

policy, is lost or stolen, you must report it to the police and us within
24 hours of discovering the loss Any loss or damaged caused by any sort
of war, invasion or revolution
