What happens to my credit rating?

reported to your credit file if you are in arrears, however entering this

we will not harm it further.
Will my creditors still pursue me?
No, all creditors will deal directly with us, all you
have to do is continue to make the reduced monthly payment as agreed,
should anyone contact you directly you pass them on directly to us.
